I was referred to bh cosmetics from some women from work. I have been searching three months at least for a shadow palette that would provide me the vivid colors I love with high pigmentation. I have tried many, many brands. But nothing has quite lived up to my demands. Once I explored the website I decided to purchase a palette. It took forever to settle on which one I wanted to try, but I settled on the 120 2nd edition palette. It's amazing. The colors are beautiful, they blend super smoothly and are vibrant. It's everything I wanted in one box. I ordered one for my mom for Christmas, which she doesn't know about. After I showed her the website she placed her own order. Luckily, the palette she ordered is different. I think we're both converted. I'll eventually get them all.

The 88 matte palette worked wonders for me and made my friends want me to do their make up for them for special occasions ) .. I also just received my 10 Camouflage and concealer palette its awesome its got my perfect shade so no need for me to blend 2 different colors together, and the other shades i can even use it as blush and bronzer !! amazing make up ) Thank you

1st of all let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE BH cosmetics. I was on the fence for a long time on whether or not I should purchase your items, however, I made the move rather easy this Xmas when you had 40-50% off of your pallets. I purchased 120 1st edition (along with some others). The 1st thing I did was run to the bathroom and start playing with the colors. I'm a DARK SKIN African American and the colors work great on my skin with an eyes shadow base. I did an eye shadow using the colors of my Caribbean parent's flag (red, green and yellow). I got SOOOOO many compliments today- it's crazy. I wish I could post a picture. When I stopped in at the Mac station in Macy's they thought I got it professionally done and they all thought it was amazing. The best part is that the eye shadow has lasted a total of 12 hours AND COUNTING (I'm still wearing it. LOL). Great job BHC. I wish I had more money, b/c I would order editions 2-4, I would have gotten them if I didn't have to do Xmas shopping. I hope you guys have another sale in January b/c I will be certain to purchase. If you are on the fence.....I'm telling you to BUY IT!!!!!

How long will it take to process my order?

A: All orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday), before 3PM PST will be shipped on the same day. However, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship depending on current promotions at that time.

What are the differences between the 4 palettes in the 120 Color Palette Collection?

A: Here are the differences: *The First Edition has very bright, vibrant colors and carries very little neutral tones. *The Second Edition has bright and vibrant colors as well, but approximately twice as many neutral tones as the First Edition. *The Third Edition has some bright colors, but is primarily neutral based and has a wide range of deep set tones perfect for an everyday look or night look. *The Fourth Edition is an all shimmer palette, with a mix of bright, neutral and dark shades.

Do the 120 Color Palettes and the 88 Color Palettes have the same colors?

A: The shades may look similar, but each palette is unique to its own with slightly different shades from the rest of the palettes.

I am afraid the makeup palettes will break while in the mail. Do you pack it well?

A: Absolutely. We use industrial materials to make sure that the probability of damage is minimal. We insure each package, so if anything happens to your purchase while in mail transit, we will be happy to switch your damaged item with a brand new one - free of charge.

My package has missing products. What do I do?

A: Please contact our support team and we will confirm your order with the package contents. We apologize for any inconveniences!

Do you offer free returns?

A: We do not offer free returns, but we do offer full refunds in most circumstances. Please contact support@bhcosmetics.com if you have a return you would like to inquire about. *Note: Hassle-Free Returns means that we will gladly accept your return if you are unhappy with your purchase. In most cases of broken palettes, we will need your Order ID and photos of the damaged product.

Do you test on animals?
