Terms & Conditions

1. Enter by writing a review and rating a product on www.bhcosmetics.com/addreview.

 

2. The giveaway will open on February 14, 2013 at 6:00am PST and end at 11:59pm PST on March13, 2013.

3. Contestants are allowed to review as many products as they have purchased over the last 12 months and will receive 1 contest entry per review.

 

4. All entries will be entered into a lottery system, where five winning entries will be drawn. The winnerswill receive a gift card, for BH Cosmetics, in the amount of $50. This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

5. Reviews must be written on products previously purchased by the contestant. Each review must contain constructive content on the product and/or service provided for the purchase. Short reviews and/or unconstructive reviews will not be approved for entry.

6. The judges' selection of winners, from the lottery, is final in relation to any aspect of the competition. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

7. Prize will be sent via email to winners within 5 business days from the close of review sweepstakes.

8. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their member details are current. BH Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for prizes lost due to change of address or contact details, and there are no replacement prizes.

9. To the extent permitted by law, BH Cosmetics is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the winner.

 

10. Employees of BH Cosmetics and their immediate families together with agencies and/or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family refers to spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent).

11. All entries become the property of www.bhcosmetics.com.

12. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by our privacy policy.
