Blonde beauty Penelope Mitchell is best known for her work in horror and thriller films like "6 Plots" and "Hemlock Grove," though her natural good looks were all that were on display at a recent event. The actress worked a red, black and silver plaid long skirt and enhanced her pretty face with the right amount of makeup while attending WonderCon 2013.
The starlet began her transformation wearing a pretty tangerine-toned lipstick with red undertones that perfectly accentuated her pout. Mitchell then added a touch of peach blush on the apples of her cheeks, spreading it up and out toward her temples for a natural finish. When it came to eye makeup, the actress kept it smokey, opting for charcoal eyeshadow up to her crease lines and a metallic silver hue at her inner corners to tie into her gorgeous skirt. She completed the look by rimming her lids in black liner and swiping on a few coats of mascara.
Mitchell's fresh faced look worked well with her rocker chic ensemble. The actress showed off her curves in a tight black scoop-neckline tank top and her plaid skirt that went just below her knees. Mitchell paired the classic look with funky black cutout platform shoes and her blond locks pulled back in a half-updo style.
