Sales & Education Coordinator

BH Cosmetics is a rapidly growing international cosmetics company. We are seeking a Sales & Education Coordinator to serve as our VP of Sales right-hand person. This position is primarily responsible for coordination of sales activities and developing and administering product/sales training programs for internal and external personnel under the direction of the VP of Sales. Sales
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from inquiries, trade shows, website and other sources
  • Makes outbound lead follow-up calls and emails to potential and existing customers
  • Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
  • Provides product demos to qualified customers on request
  • Develops and pitches new-business presentations
  • Builds and nurtures productive business relationships
  • Work with Accounting and Warehouse departments to tracks inventory levels
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company’s production and delivery schedules
  • Confers with VP of Sales to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business
  • Prepares sales reports 
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
  • Responsible for maintaining client business relationships to ensure repeat business and expand existing business; create account plans for key accounts and execute against plans
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
  • Helps coordinate, attend and provides product demonstrations at trade shows
  • Other sales duties may be assigned
 Education
  • Formulates training programs and schedules based on identified company training needs, production schedule or changes in products, procedures to strengthen brand identity and create consistency across all channels
  • Delivers brand training for global retail partners as needed
  • Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, and demonstrations
  • Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials as needed
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Coordinates customer training as needed
  • Other training duties may be assigned
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in the beauty industry
  • 2+ years of experience in an education or training position
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of organization
  • Requires critical thinking, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Detail-oriented and can work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision, able to manage multiple projects
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as often as necessary to complete the business needs of key markets and the event schedule
  • Cosmetology license is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred

Customer Service Supervisor

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will have the opportunity to gain excellent hands-on experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing beauty company.

Customer Service Representatives (Part-time, Seasonal)

Job description

BH Cosmetics is a rapidly growing international cosmetics company. We are seeking seasonal, part-time Customer Service Representatives who want to provide excellent service to our customers and be a part of a dynamic, fun-loving inbound call center team. If you’re ready to make a difference in serving customers and finding solutions, we want to hear from you. 

 

There are currently (6) seasonal, part-time positions available at our North Hollywood location. This position can grow into a full-time position.

 

Main position highlights:

  • This is a non-exempt position and offers an hourly rate of $11.00.
  • Hours of our Call Center will be 6am-7pm Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm Saturday.
  • Ideal candidates will be available to work during any of these times.
  • The hours of this position will fluctuate between 20 - 40 hours a week with possible opportunities for overtime.
  • This temporary, seasonal assignment is projected to be available from September 2015 – January 2016.
  • During this temporary assignment, time-off opportunities will not be available as this is during our peak season of our business on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.
  • This position is not eligible for benefits, including paid holidays.

 

Main job duties:

  • Ensure phone calls and emails are responded to promptly with proper etiquette and customer care
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively solve customer issues and de-escalate customer complaints
  • Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers
