How long will it take to process my order?
A: All orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday), before 3PM PST will be shipped on the same day. However, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship depending on current promotions at that time.
How do I track my order?
A: Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after your purchase has been processed. If you do not receive it and your order has been shipped, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, please contact our support team for additional help.
Does BH Cosmetics ship internationally?
A: Yes, we provide international shipping. You may purchase BH Cosmetics products online using a major credit card or PayPal account (to see more payment options please choose your country during the first step of the ordering process and your payment options will appear at your right). Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Our international shipping method is USPS International. We ship most packages out of California, so some areas will take longer to ship than others. Additionally, please note that as your order weight increases, shipping costs will also increase. You will be able to track your package via www.usps.com.

What are the differences between the 5 palettes in the 120 Color Palette Collection?
A: Here are the differences:
*120 Color Palette 1st Edition: This palette has very bright, vibrant colors and carries very little neutral tones.
*120 Color Palette 2nd Edition: This also contains bright and vibrant colors, but approximately twice as many neutral tones as the 1st Edition.
*120 Color Palette 3rd Edition: This edition carries some bright colors, but is primarily neutral based and has a wide range of deep, cool tones perfect for an everyday look or night look.
*120 Color Palette 4th Edition: The 4th Edition contains all shimmer shades, with a mix of bright, neutral and dark shades.
*120 Color Palette 5th Edition: We call this palette our Warm & Natural Palette. It contains many earth-tone colors, as well as soft pinks and purples.
Do the 120 Color Palettes and the 88 Color Palettes have the same colors?
A: The shades may look similar, but each palette is unique to its own with slightly different shades from the rest of the palettes.

I am afraid the makeup palettes will break while in the mail. Do you pack it well?
A: Absolutely. We use industrial materials to make sure that the probability of damage is minimal. We insure each package, so if anything happens to your purchase while in mail transit, we will be happy to switch your damaged item with a brand new one - free of charge.
If your order was shipped via UPS and you received a damaged item, please note the following: UPS requires a photo of the damage, and a photo of the shipping box. UPS must pick up the damaged item(s) in the original shipping box.
My package has missing products. What do I do?
A: Please contact our support team and we will confirm your order with the package contents. We apologize for any inconveniences!
Do you offer free returns?
A: We do not offer free returns, but we do offer full refunds in most circumstances within 30 days of purchase. Please download the customer return form and place it within your return package once you have filled it out. Are there any requirements for orders over $300.00?
A: Yes. In order to better protect our customers and prevent fraudulent charges from occurring, BH Cosmetics requires a photo of the credit card being used and one piece of government issued identification, such as, a driver's license.
Do you test on animals?
A: No. We never test on animals.

When do your products expire?
A: Each product comes with an expiration date on the package. For example, the back of our eyeshadow palettes have an image of a small container with the number 24. This means that the eyeshadows expire 24 months after the package is opened. However, products have potential to last longer with good care.
