Q: How do I use my gift card?
A: First, add items to your Cart and select your desired shipping option. Click on ‘Start Secure Checkout’. Next, find the Gift Code on the bottom of your Gift Card. Simply provide that code in the ‘Pay With Gift Card’ box.
Q: I'm having trouble claiming my Gift Card. What should I do?
A: Please contact our support team and we will guide you through the process or place the order for you over the phone.
Q: What should I do if my Gift Card was sent to the wrong person?
A: Please contact our support team immediately. We will be able to resend the Gift Card to the original recipient as long as the Gift Card has not yet been redeemed.
Q: What happens if I lose my Gift Code?
A: Please contact our support team and we will be able to resend it to the original recipient.
Q: What if I want to purchase an item that costs more than the value of my Gift Card?
A: A credit card is required at Checkout. Your Gift Card will be used first, and the remaining balance of your order will be charged on the credit card. If you do not have a credit card, please contact our support team and your order may be purchased through the phone with other payment methods.
Q: Do Gift Cards expire?
A: They do not have an expiration date. Treat it as cash!
Q: What if I return an item that I purchased with a Gift Card?
A: Returns are processed through original method of payment. You will be refunded through store credit.
Gift Card is redeemable only online at BHCosmetics.com. To redeem, provide Gift Code in the ‘Pay With Gift Card’ box at Checkout. Gift Card may only be used to purchase merchandise and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. Only one Gift Card may be used per order. BHCosmetics will not accept BHCosmetics Gift Cards sold by any other person or vendor other than BHCosmetics.com. BHCosmetics Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged for cash. If Gift Code is lost, contact our Customer Support department and the Gift Code will be sent to the original recipient. If the Gift Card was sent to the wrong person, our Customer Support department will be able to resend the Gift Card only if the card has not yet been redeemed.
