I've had this brush for over a year and a half. I think the shape of the brush, uncluding the angle of the taper, is perfect. I use this brush for highlighting and contouring. The only problem I've had was a very small amount of shedding in the first couple uses, but then all other hairs stayed in the ferrule. As a professional makeup artist I would recommend this brush to friends and clients, and I use it when doing makeup gigs as well.
This brush to apply highlight is so great! It blends it out nicely without having any problem, it doesn't shed at all and what can I say but for such a great price you can't beat it, it's a brush you need it your makeup collection.
After patting my concealer in place, I like to use a soft, fluffy brush to buff it, then I add a luminizer over the concealer, buff and set it with this brush and it worked perfectly! Outstanding quality for the price.
I thought this brush was really good. It's small enough to put the right amount of highlighter on for a natural glow or to build it up for a blinding glow. I would recommend this brush if you want something that's cheap and still works really good.
Oh, how I love this brush! It not only is the perfect size for both highlighting AND contouring, but it fits nicely into my makeup bag. It's sturdy, and actually has held up better than some of my most expensive brushes!
PERFECT FOR HIGHLIGHTING! I had been using the setting brush from Real Techniques for under-eye setting and highlighting. But the BH brush 11, is SO much nicer for the highlighting... it is smaller, which works beautifully... and it is the perfect density!
I have ordered couple brushes from bh and was satisfied. I just received this brush couple days ago and was excited to use it for my concealer. It sheds on my face every time I use it. Bristles are soft, but not properly compacted.
It's a very soft brush and it applies my Nude Rose highlighter smoothly. There's been some shedding and a couple hairs ended up on my face while I was applying highlighter, but it doesn't look like it's shedding anymore. It gets the job done at a very reasonable price.
