Step 1: Begin by applying the Eye and Lip Primer over the entire lid using your finger.

Step 2: Using the Angled Shadow Brush, apply a shimmer sky blue shade from the 120 Color Palette 4^th Edition into the outer corner half of the eyelid, beginning with the outer corner.

Step 3: With the same Angled Shadow Brush apply a shimmer coral shade from the 120 Color Palette 4^th Edition into the inner half of the eyelid starting from the inner corner of the eye, toward the center of the eyelid.

Step 4: Using the Classic Smudge Brush, apply the shimmer coral shade to the lower lid.

Step 5: With the Blending Brush, apply a pearl cream shade to the brow bone and inner areas of the eyes, blend out. Using the same shade and brush, apply a highlight to the cheek bones.

Step 6: Using the Angled Definer Brush, apply a shimmer smoky blue shade from the 120 Color Palette 4^th Edition to the upper lash line and blend in.

Step 7: Apply the Liquid Eyeliner to the upper lash line.

Step 8: Curl the lashes and apply a coat of mascara.

Step 9: Follow by applying the False Eyelashes in “Flirt.”

Step 10: Using the Duo Fiber Stippling Brush, apply a coral shade from the 10 Color Professional Blush Palette to the cheeks and slightly blend up into the temple.

Step 11: Using the Lip Liner Brush, apply the Lip gloss in “Studious” to complete this look.
