Blake Lively went for full on pin up girl at the Los Angeles premiere of her new film "Savages" and she certainly stole the show in her stellar ensemble. The gorgeous blonde rocked a stunning black and white form-fitting gown and kept her hair and makeup reminiscent of old Hollywood glam.

Lively started her sassy transformation by applying a bright red lipstick on her perfect pout and adding a touch of pink blush on her naturally high cheekbones. She added even more drama to her baby blues, using tons of black eyeliner on her top lids and adding white, gold and orange eyeshadow to really allow the color to pop.

Her hair and makeup worked perfectly with the powerhouse dress that had a deep sweetheart neckline and was tight all the way to the floor. The gown was made more modern by the addition of a striped pattern made out of black fabric that created tons of detail on the entire frock. The addition of a peplum feature at her waist further emphasized her stunning figure.
