Julianne Hough is transitioning into one of Hollywood's newest "it" girls and fame certainly seems to be agreeing with her. Hough was stunning in a feminine burgundy frock recently while attending a press conference in Los Angeles.

Hough made sure to keep her cosmetics equally as girlie by wearing a lipstick shade on her pout that closely resembled the hue of her dress. She then applied petal pink blush on her naturally high cheekbones and played up her big baby blues. Hough started by rimming her eyes in black eyeliner, though she made the lines thicker on her top lids for major drama. The singer, actress and dancer then added shades of gold, cream and pink eyeshadow to help her eyes stand out even more.

The gorgeous makeup worked perfectly with her gown that consisted of a strapless knee-length style that was form-fitting, showing off her toned figure. The frock had a matching belt that cinched in her waist and a lace overlay on top that made the dress look more high fashion. The lace top had an intricate embroidered design and short-sleeves. Hough paired the style with tan pointed-toe pumps a silver rose-shaped cocktail ring and her hair back in a sleek bun.
