Sure, us mortals don't sparkle in the sun like the vampires in the Twilight movie saga, but there are a number of ways to take a page from their book when it comes to beauty trends, according to Allure Magazine.

The movies were shot with particular lighting and stylists to make the actors appear pale and sparkly with just-gothic-enough makeup. However, with certain makeup palettes you can easily attain these looks.

For skin that sparkles as much as Edward's, sweep a shimmery bronzer or highlighter across your cheekbones, then add a touch to the tip of your nose. If you have dark skin, go for a golden makeup palette, but if you have naturally pale skin, try a champagne or pinkish hue, the news source suggests.

Although most of us wouldn't mind being bitten by Mr. Cullen, the magazine points out that there is no need to draw blood to get perfectly red lips. Use a lipstick or lip stain in a raspberry-red shade to get the affect.

Of course, no one can forget the gorgeous porcelain-white skin of the Cullen siblings. While it is important to always protect your skin from the sun, you don't have to hide in a cave during the day to get this look. Just make sure to slather plenty of sunscreen on before heading outside.
