Actress Jessica Lowndes went for over-the-top glam while attending the 2012 TCA Summer Tour for CBS, Showtime and CW. The naturally-stunning starlet was beautiful as ever in a flowy white gown and sassy makeup.

Lowndes wowed in this look and her face was perfect as well. She left her lips natural using a light pink lipstick and added tons of pink blush with gold undertones on her high cheekbones. She added a bit of Vaseline on her cheeks as well to obtain a gorgeous dewy feel. For the eyes, the starlet started by first rimming them in thin black eyeliner. She then added white and metallic silver eyeshadow on top to finish off this angelic look.

The simple style worked effortlessly with her flowy mini that consisted of a white form-fitting dress with a slight sweetheart neckline. The dress then had a white see-through fabric overlay that had three-quarter length sleeves and came down a bit further than the white dress underneath. The top layer added softness to the design, while her blue suede pumps made it look more modern. Lowndes pumped up the volume with a 70s-inspired high hairstyle with a middle part.
