You might think that Elizabeth Banks was sick of Capitol couture after spending hours being done up for her role as Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games. However, her outfit at the film's premiere proved otherwise.

The shiny orange frock that Banks wore could have been straight out of Effie's closet in the fictional Panem. The one-shouldered dress hit at mid-thigh and featured complicated swirly orange detailing that was complemented with shiny plastic discs and sequins all over. The actress didn't stop there - she wore chunky, futuristic gold earrings with a matching clutch and was towering in tan wedge heels.

Her makeup palette, however, was a slightly subdued version of her character's. Unlike Effie's wild, multi-colored eyeshadow, blush and lipstick, which varied to compliment each outfit, Banks stuck with simple black eyeliner on her top and bottom eyelids to create definition. She accented this liner with a bit of hot pink shadow on the inner corners.

Banks wore blush and bronzer with a tangerine hue that matched her outfit, and finished the look with a pale pinky-orange lip gloss. Her blonde hair was pulled back to show off her fresh-faced look.
