The gorgeous Kelly Rowland did not disappoint as she walked the red carpet for the Vegas Magazine celebration event in a stunning one-shoulder mini dress. The singer certainly stood out in her form-fitting mini and sassy cosmetics.

Rowland played up her graphic mini dress with ultra feminine makeup, starting with a cotton candy pink lip color with a lip gloss finish. The singer added a touch of golden brown bronzer on her cheeks using makeup brushes and accentuated her big brown eyes. Rowland started by rimming her upper and lower lids with black eyeliner, pushing the product out past her brow lines on top for a cat eye style. She then added a midnight blue eyeliner on her bottom lids and cream and pink eyeshadow on top to complete this stellar look.

Rowland's funky makeup worked perfectly with her sassy dress. The one shoulder design had colors of green, purple, blue yellow, orange and pink and clung to her toned body. She kept the pink from her makeup going by way of her hot pink shoes and a funky bracelet.
