Santa Clause has some competition this year from pop princess Selena Gomez, as she recently got into the holiday spirit while performing at the annual Jingle Ball concert in California.

Gomez was a vision in red and white in her halter mini-dress made up of sequins and tulle. The dress was covered in bright red sequins on top with a necklace like detail along the neckline made of white and silver crystals and sparkles meant to look like icicles. Keeping with the holiday spirit, the gown then transcended into a fluff of white tulle that was also lightly adorned with red gems to keep the fluidity of the outfit.

Not to be outdone by her shimmering and oh-so-fabulous holiday get-up, Gomez kept the bold look going with her makeup. Her red lipstick was almost identical to the shade used on her dress and the addition of lip gloss only added a hint of iciness to the winter-inspired feel. Because her lips were such a focal point, she kept her cheeks simple - just a touch of rosy red to make it seem like she was enjoying the cold - even though she was in California. Her signature dark brown eyes were accentuated with jet black eyeliner on her upper and lower lids, and silver and black eyeshadow. Gomez truly embodied the Christmas spirit in her fun and fabulous ensemble.
