Makeup tricks from the stars
Even if you don't have a professional makeup artist like your favorite celebrities do, you can still steal some of their tricks and techniques to learn how to apply makeup so you can try on the same trends.
Taylor Swift recently rocked her signature cat-eye eye makeup at the American Music Awards, and her makeup artist told People Magazine that the trick is as simple as wetting the eyeshadow brush with water. This makes it easier to apply, like a paint.
Faith Hill recommends always curling your eyelashes because it "opens up your eyes." Katy Perry's makeup artist told the news source that he used a coral blush to accent her coral red lips, to give her makeup palette a cohesive look.
AnnaLynne McCord recommends one basic beauty tool for the winter - bronzer. Using a large kabuki brush, it is easy to apply this powder to your face, neck, and shoulders if you are exposing them. McCord says that contouring your cheeks and then accenting your nose, chin and forehead with bronzer is a surefire way to look good. This will make you glow even without a day in the sun.
