Bella Swan's marriage to Edward Cullen was one of the most anticipated events of the year, even if it was fictional. In the newest installment of the Twilight saga, Breaking Dawn Part 1, fans get to see the wedding played out before their eyes - everything from Bella's hairstyle to Edward's tailcoat.
Bella's makeup for her wedding was simple and natural, yet elegant, making it one that many viewers may want to replicate. Luckily for Bella fans, actress Kristin Stewart's makeup artist for Twilight, Stacey Panepinto, explains exactly how to achieve this look on BellaSugar.com.
Panepinto based the entire makeup design around a smokey eye, which directors felt would go with mother-in-law of the bride Alice Cullen's "vision" for the wedding, since she plans the ceremony in the film. To achieve eyes like Bella's, Panepinto recommends sweeping a light, shimmery eye shadow over eyelids and up to the brow bone. Then, apply dark eye liner to the top lid and blend a darker eye shadow color up, starting at the lash line.
