Lily Collins may have worn fancy gowns and crowns while acting as a princess in the new film "Mirror Mirror," but her actual style is much more modern. The young actress was recently seen looking chic in a deep blue patterned dress and a fitted leather jacket while attending the "Meet the Actor" series at a store in New York City.
Although her fashion may differ from her character Snow White's, her cosmetics seem to represent the fairytale princess. Collins accentuated her naturally fair skin with a deep red lipstick in a matte finish on her pout. She added girly pink blush on her cheeks using makeup brushes and wore false eyelashes to create volume on her big brown eyes. Collins also applied dark brown eyeliner on her upper and lower lids using a fine liner brush and added a bit of chocolate brown and shimmery cream eyeshadow to finish off the fab look.
Collins' bold makeup helped push the modern vibe of her entire ensemble. The actress looked chic in the deep blue tea-length gown that was adorned with a fun black flower pattern. The dress also had a delicate feel with the addition of a scallop detail on the hemline. Collins made the style more youthful by rocking a fitted leather jacket and by keeping her long dark locks down in messy waves.
