I was thrilled when I got this that it had a great heft to it and didn't feel flimsy at all. I didn't interpret the instruction sheet correctly and over filled it, but that was my fault, leave an air bubble in the viewing window. I kept this in my purse make-up kit and it was great, but after about 3 weeks it stopped turning open, trapping a full tube of perfume :(Though I'm sad to lose so much of my favorite sent, I think I may try getting another one because I really did love it while it was working...fingers crossed!

When I received this, I was thrilled with the heft of the product and the appearance. The first time I filled this, it worked great. After refilling it the second time, I could not get it to open to spray. This same thing happened to a good friend of mine who I gave a filled BH Scents to as a "get well" present. Hers also stopped opening to spray after a few uses. Obviously this must be a manufacturing flaw somewhere. I was so sure it was a good product that I bought a third BH Scents and now hesitate to use it OR give it as a gift, fearing the same thing could happen. I think the company needs to rethink the design. One filling is kind of pricy for an item.
