This is my favorite 120 colors palette hands down! The colors are just so bright and beautiful. Like jewels! Don't make that fool you, though, there are some beautiful darker colors that work well for more sultry/exotic looks. There is this deep purple-ish color with red shimmer in it that is just gorgeous! Don't let my terrible description fool you, it really is beautiful. I use it whenever I can.

Neutrals:
I wouldn't recommend this palette much in the way of neutrals- it has some neutrals but they're all browns that seem to be pretty close in color, especially on black skin.

Brights:
The bright colors are so beautiful and vibrant, but they're pretty easy to tone down with darker colors (I prefer to add a darker shadow stick as a base to make bright colors a little less peppy).

Blending:
They blend reasonably well together- you don't see a line in the middle, but, unless you use a transition color, you can clearly see the color change. By that I mean you can soften the transitions but it's still not as soft as I would like. With 120 colors, though, I usually have no trouble finding a color in between the two I want to blennd

Service and delivery comments:

Delivered in 2 or 3 days when I ordered, everything wrapped up securely in layers of bubble wrap. If anything, the company put TOO much care into the delivery. Boxes were perfect and shiny and not one hair out of place. Best christmas present I've ever gotten myself lol.

I purchased this palette a couple of years back and has been using it since. I think it great as beginners and if I were to recommend the first or second edition I would recommend the second edition because it offers more neutrals and ca be used everyday.
The quality is amazing and you can not beat the price. One thing that I did notice is that a metal rod came out of the side of the palette, a rod that holds the palette together and I had to tape that back on so that my palette would not break. I don't think its good for travel only because it is big and would take up space.

my fiance saw me eyes this so he bought me this palette and the 88 shimmer and i love it!!! it has so many bright colors which is great because im someone who loves to do bright and dramatic makeup. The shimmer colors are a bit ore pigmented than matte but the matte are still highly pigmented. I use this on a daily basis. If you use a primer the colors look even more vibrant. They last all day on me too. I use a nyx primer and the eyeshadow lasted from 9am to 3am. It was just slightly faded by the time i went to bed. i love BH cosmetics and i plan on buying all the palettes!

I use the 120 palette for when i go out and for work, i constantly get compliments on the colors and it stays on alllllllllll night literally and i dont use a primer. one thing i will say is that the pinker pigments almost dye my eyelids for the next day...but its a small price to pay for such a great look.

I just got the palette today, I am so impressed with the packaging! Also, the palette came perfect, no broken wells or cracked product. I can not wait to try it out!!
