DOMESTIC DELIVERY

BH Cosmetics utilizes UPS and USPS as its shipping carriers for all customer orders. BH Cosmetics determines the carrier based on the customer’s ordering criteria, including, but not limited to, location and weight. Please note, prices may increase depending on the weight and shipping method chosen. The shipping method can be selected at checkout.

Ground (2-6 Days) $7.95

3-Day Select (3-4 Days) $12.95

2-Day (2-3 Days) $19.95

Next-Day Air (1 Day) $54.95

*These dates only apply to in-stock items shipped to a physical address within the U.S. Shipping Methods, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next-Day Air do not apply to the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The customer is responsible for all custom duties and/or import fees. We do not lower the invoice value or send the orders as gift, no exceptions. Shipping cost will vary depending on how many items are ordered. Shipping cost starts at $12.45 and increases as weight increases. All bundled deals will be charged according to the number of items included.

All shipping date estimations are provided by the shipping courier. Some international shipments may take longer than estimated dates due to customs or other country policies. Since many countries have unique import restrictions on certain products, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country, depending on customs and legal restrictions per country.

ORDERS BETWEEN $100.00-$300.00

On orders between $100.00-$300.00, the customer may be asked to provide a photo of the credit card being used and a photo of a government issued identification, such as a driver's license. This request must be completed by the customer in order for the shipment to be released. This requirement is in place to protect the credit card holder from fraudulent charges.

ORDERS OVER $300.00

On orders over $300.00, the customer is responsible for providing a photo of the credit card being used and a photo of a government issued identification, such as a driver's license. This requirement is in place to protect the credit card holder from fraudulent charges.

SALES TAX

BHCosmetics.Com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax of 9.00% for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

RETURN POLICY & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

BHCosmetics.com offers full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will credit your account within 7 business days of receiving your product. We do not provide return labels for items being returned. Return shipping will be at customers expense.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to process. The approximate days are dependent on the credit card issuer.

We do not offer price adjustments.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

Any product, which appears to have an initial defect within 10 days of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model) without being subject to any restocking fees.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed upon receipt. Processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately. BHCosmetics.com offers convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States only. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays).

Shipping cost will vary depending on how many items are ordered. For U.S. orders containing 1-2 items will be charged as standard $7.95, each additional item after the 2nd will be $1.95 extra for each item. All bundled deals will be charged according to the number of items included, $1.95 extra will apply if more than two items are included.

The tracking number is automatically e-mailed to you and after the package leaves our warehouse, you may check its status online. You may always track your order using our online tool available on all pages of our site.
