Create a multidimensional look by mixing blush colors

Blush is the finishing touch for any gal's makeup application. It adds dimension and creates a rosy complexion when layered over foundation. If you've never tried using blush, you may not be aware of the impact it can make on your look. Try it out to see for yourself.

Applying blush 101
Take your deluxe blush brush and swirl it in your pigmented powder. Tap off the excess – remember you can always layer on color, but it's harder to take off. Then, look in the mirror and give yourself a big natural smile to see where to apply the blush. Add the powder in a circular motion to the thickest part of the cheek, but not directly underneath your eyes. Put on a little during the day and use a heavier hand for night.

Mix two hues for a new look
Play around with a variety of tones to see what works for you. For a multidimensional look, mix two colors with the duo blush palette. Just swirl the pairing of matte and shimmery hues for a knockout result. It's great for special occasions when you need to add a bit more edge to your look. During school, simply use the matte side for a flawless finish.
