Do you dare try doll lashes?

The wonderful world of makeup is always evolving, giving ladies who love to try new trends plenty to work with. Lauren Conrad recently spilled the beans on one fresh style to try on her blog, The Beauty Department. The "doll lash" look may not be for everyone, but those daring enough to give it this eye makeup a go are sure to be impressed.

For this fab look you'll need black liquid liner, light blue (or another fun color) liquid liner and pointed Q-tips. When you have all of the necessary items, start by drawing a thin black line on your bottom lids very close to the lash line. Make sure to have it flair out slightly instead of going straight down.

Next, draw little lines diagonally down from the black line across you just made, creating extra eyelashes of sorts. Make sure to leave room in between each vertical line for the fun, bright liner. When the lines are perfect, grab the colored liner and make similarly sized lines in between the black ones so that it creates a pattern of black, color, black, color all the way to the outer corners. Use the Q-tips to clean up any problem spots along the way.

Since the additional lashes on bottom are meant to be the star of the show, simply add a thin layer of black liner on your top lids and apply a few coats of mascara on your lashes to totally stand out.
