Today we chatted with one of our winners, @glossierbih, to ask about her journey into beauty, her favorite BH product, and why she's excited to join our PR List.

What is your favorite color?
I don’t have one particular colour but I do love white, orange, red, yellow, beige and pastel colours in general a lot.

Matte all the way
What/who inspired you to get into beauty?
Watching a lot of drag race shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race really inspired me lot to get into beauty. Seeing the queens being so creative just really made me want to also get myself out there and be different. I already have an artistic side to me, so after watching a lot of drag races it really pushed me to start drawing on my face and doing bold looks - particularly looks people that are my complexion are maybe too shy to do.
What is the first BH product you ever used?
The Take Me Back To Brazil palette! It was actually my first ever eyeshadow palette which my friend gifted me last year. That’s also another reason why I got into makeup!
What BH product can you not live without?
The Studio Pro Brush Set!
What is your favorite makeup trend right now and why?
I’m really loving the neon eyeshadow/liners trend lately. As someone who’s highly in love with bright colours, it just makes me happy to see others experimenting with vivid colours that they usually wouldn’t include in their everyday go-to look!
What is one thing people may be surprised to learn about you?
I’m very very shy and I can sing quite well!

What excites you most about being on the BH Cosmetics PR list?
I’m pretty pumped as, as corny as it sounds, BH Cosmetics was one of the first brands that I got my first ever eyeshadow palette from. If it wasn’t for the vivid colours shown in the Take Me Back To Brazil palette, I really wouldn’t be able to experiment with bold, bright and different looks as I do now, so this really means a lot to me.
