Creamy, nice product
5I bought the silver and white power pencils. They are creamy and leave great pigment. I use them on my bottom waterline. They don't disappoint. It does take a little to dry otherwise when you blink the pigment will go away. I still love them and work better than a regular pencil you have to sharpen.

Amazing/long-lasting
5I am definitely picky when it comes to liner. Until trying these liners, I only used Marc Jacobs Highliners, which are expensive and dry out quickly, meaning I have to throw them out before the product is actually gone. These do not dry out, and they apply wonderfully. Creamy and pigmented. Apply well to the waterline (a difficult feat) and last pretty much all day. Yay bh!!
