Acne Patch - Pimple Patches

I'm 38 going on 39 and I have oily skin mainly in the T-Zone area. Once in a while I still get one of those deep, inflamed, painful and annoying pimples on my chin (especially when I wear a Covid-19 mask). When I was a teenager they didn't have Acne Patches and I think the invention altogether is epic! I've used a couple different Brands and they work great EVERY time, but, it wasn't until BH Cosmetics that I came across their adorable sets of Acne Patches and so I decided to buy 2 Packs, both the same, the 100% BYE B*TCH! Set (LOVE the name with the word B*TCH purposely over the word PIMPLE, it's so true and creative!) This Set of 36 Hydrocolloid Acne Patches are the perfect size to cover your pimples while looking cute at the same time! I chose this specific set because I thought the shapes would be the best fit for any size pimple. I love how the butterfly patches are holographic, the purple flowers and the pink hearts are bright and really pretty! No matter where the patch is on your face its going to look cute and best of all it prevents you from picking, making scars and instead bringing all the oils and pus to the surface, reducing inflammation and that's what you want! There's 3 Reasons why I deducted one Star, and one of my reasons is completely based on whether that even matters to a person: 1.) having this type of Patch versus a plain one is that with a regular Acne Patch you know that once it turns white its done its job and time to remove...with these you can't see that there's no instructions that say otherwise, my recommendation would be to follow the same instructions you would with regular Acne Patches and to leave it on 6 to 8 hours and then take it off. 2.) With the regular patches when you put it on it almost gives an invisible look... now I've never tried putting makeup over an Acne Patch even though it says you can because there is still a thickness to it and I think it will be obvious, but if you have no makeup on it really isn't noticeable whereas with these you're going to notice that you have a butterfly, a heart or a flower on your cheek, a random spot on your forehead or your chin, but in that regard you could just wear it at night! Or if you really just don't care and your pimple actually ends up being in a spot where the sticker is complimentary to your look heck, rock it!! 3.) the Price is high compared to other Brands Overall, they do their job, just like any other patch would except they're more fun and I like that BH went creative with it. I definitely recommend these for teenagers! I think that they would go crazy over these plus it's a fun way to introduce taking good care of your skin! If I used one of these when I was younger, I will say I definitely wouldn't have felt as self-conscious walking around with one of these cute stickers on my face rather than having a massive red pimple, plus I'm lucky I didn't do more damage to my skin than I already did by picking! Yes, now there are great concealers and all that but when it's a really bad pimple and it starts to dry out from acne spot medications, etc., we all know that NO makeup can hide it, so that's where these babies come in and I make sure to ALWAYS have them on hand! Even my mother who will be 63 this year still gets a pimple every now and then as she has oily skin too and she loves Acne Patches! Sorry for the long Review, I wanted to be thorough about it, but I definitely recommend you try them out!
