Perfect for Shimmer shadows.

This is a great base for my shimmery/glittery shadows. I don't use pressed glitter so I can not say how it will work for those but for my shimmery shadows it eliminates fallout all over my face. I will purchase again.

This company has become a total disappointment for me. The quality has become worse than something you can find at the 99 cents store. Their brushes are OK, their makeup is garbage for the most part. The 1st festival palette and Zodiac palette were superb, but all the new stuff NOT!

I discovered a new must

I had some creamy eyeshadow that I was struggling to put on (and to keep on all day), but this works wonders! Eyeshadow is easier to apply, it really sticks more to the lids. Had it on sale and I am so glad I bought this! Definitly gonna have to get myself some more when it's back in stock. Perfect for creamier eyeshadow and glitters!

If you've tried the NYX glitter primer/glue and you've enjoyed it, you will also love this. It's sticky and tacky so it grabs onto pigment and glitter on the eye very well. I will say its not the best I've tried, probably my second favorite. Some glitter still does fall down on my under eye and ruin the look. This also dries down quickly, so you have to work fast. I find myself wasting product by applying this to my hand first. Also, use only a SMALL (and I mean small) amount of this. If you can see it on your finger or brush, you're putting too much on.
